This winter, Hog Roast Aston Cross was contacted by Helen to arrange the catering for her New Year’s Eve party. She has hosted a similar event for the past three years, with Hog Roast Aston Cross catering for the occasion each time. In the past, we have served our Gourmet BBQ menu, which has plenty of different dishes to choose from, with plenty for guests of all ages to enjoy. Since this menu always goes down well, we will be serving the same again for this year’s party. Alongside the catering, the event also includes lots of party games and activities, with Helen’s son DJing for the evening. This event is sure to be another great party and the Hog Roast Aston Cross was grateful to have been invited back for another year.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Aston Cross team will arrive at the venue in the afternoon, allowing us to prepare all of our dishes on-site before the 9:00pm serving time. For the mains, we will be serving succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the sides, we will be providing homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of salad dishes. Overall, this menu is sure to be a great success with the guests and will be perfect for enjoying while celebrating the end of 2024!
