Each summer, a local college hosts an end-of-exam party for students to enjoy. The event is always great fun and includes music, great food, and a fireworks show. The event always has a great atmosphere, with students eager to relax and unwind after such a busy period. Hog Roast Great Barr has catered for the event for the last few years and our Gourmet BBQ menu is always a great addition to the party. This menu has plenty of different dishes for the students to choose from and tastes even more delicious on a sunny afternoon. For the 2024 party, we have been hired again to provide a delicious BBQ menu and we are sure that the event will be just as fun as usual!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Great Barr team will arrive at the college in the morning and set up our catering station on the sports field. We will begin our prep by barbequing the main dishes, which include succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls or gluten-free rolls, alongside a selection of sauces and condiments. For the sides, we will be providing homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, a green leaf salad, and corn cobettes. This menu has plenty of different dishes to choose from, allowing everyone to create a delicious meal from what we have to offer.
