The former is where we cram your freshly-cooked, hot meat and crackling and homemade apple sauce and stuffing into rolls and wraps, or for the latter, you can choose to enjoy yours with seasonal vegetables and potatoes (such as peas, carrots, Brussels and buttered new potatoes) or with coleslaw and salads (for example, a tomato and mozzarella salad). We understand that you may be planning on having a different meat served at your special occasion, however, and we can do you just as proud with something like a whole spit-roasted lamb, which we stud with garlic and rosemary and serve with Yorkshire puddings and mint sauce (as well as your chosen sides), or perhaps slow-roasted free-range turkeys in sage butter, accompanied by our homemade sage and onion stuffing and cranberry sauce, is more your style. How about chickens with sea salt and thyme, stuffing and chipolatas or beef sirloin instead, which we brush with mustard and cook to your liking and which comes with Yorkshires and a tasty red wine gravy.
