Recently, a clothing brand celebrated the success of opening two new stores across the country by hosting a delicious sit-down meal for their managers and corporate leaders. The catering was served by Hog Roast Duddeston, and we were chosen since we are the best in the business when it comes to formal catering. The menu needed to be suitable for 25 guests, including a gluten-free alternative where necessary. After discussing our menu options, it was decided that our classic formal catering menu was the ideal choice.

On the day of the meal, the Hog Roast Duddeston team arrived in advance of the 7:00pm mealtime to prepare the catering. The menu began with a tasty starter of smoked salmon, which was served with prawns and a side salad. This is a gourmet starter and went down a treat with the guests!

Following this, we prepared a classic Hog Roast Duddeston main course of slow-roasted pork served with all of the trimmings! This included sage and onion stuffing, seasonal vegetables, homemade chips, and fresh bread rolls (or a gluten-free alternative).

To finish the menu, the guests enjoyed our summer pudding and chocolate torte, with each dish presented beautifully alongside English cream and fresh berries. This was an elegant way to end the meal and had something for everyone to enjoy.
