In terms of main courses, you don’t have to decide on a signature hog roast with crackling, apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, as we could instead spit-roast a garlic-and-rosemary-studded whole lamb to serve with Yorkshire puddings and mint sauce or whole-roast free-range turkeys in sage butter, to be accompanied by cranberry sauce and stuffing. If English beef sirloin is more your style, we can cook it to your liking after brushing with mustard, to be enjoyed with Yorkshires and our red wine gravy, or how about some free-range chickens in thyme and sea salt, with stuffing and chipolatas.
For your sides, you get to decide on the potatoes, seasonal vegetables or salads that we serve but before that, for starters, you could have smoked Scottish salmon, for example, preceded by a selection of canapés such as mini fish and chips, pan-seared beef, chicken liver parfait, a selection of mini pizzas and some Indian treats, and then dessert could be profiteroles, cheesecake or sticky toffee pudding.
