How does it work, I hear you ask? Well, it’s simple really. You give us a call, and our team will work with you to find the perfect menu for your event. After that, you’ll let your guests know when and where to be when the time comes, while we handle all the important stuff behind the scenes.
When Samuel approached us, he was excited to tell us all about the party he had been planning for his friends who he hadn’t been able to catch up with over the past few months. As a result, he wanted to make sure the party was run as smoothly as possible and had plenty of delicious grub for them to enjoy throughout the evening – a Hog Roast Duddeston speciality.
With 20 people set to attend the gathering, Samuel had opted for our classic hog roast menu, only this time we were asked to incorporate our cheese and jalapeno smothered fries and BBQ 100% beef handmade burgers and gourmet sausages to the menu with a pork joint instead of an entire pig. To prepare the custom feast ahead of the 5 pm serving time, the catering crew made sure to arrive at the client’s home a few hours early.
The smells from the juicy meat soon filled the air, and as the team began setting out the sides and carving up the joint, the guests began to show up. The excitement among the group was electric, and everyone had plenty of good things to say about the tantalising spread on offer.
