This week we had been enlisted to provide catering at Henry’s 13th birthday celebrations. To mark officially becoming a teenager Henry’s parents had decided to put on a large family party to celebrate. As a baker, Henry’s mum, Claire, had made a bespoke cake for her son encompassing all of his favourite things. We arrived at the family home mid-morning to get set up for the guests arriving in the afternoon.
