Hog Roast Moseley Bringing Fries To Life

You may prefer to just choose a main course from many and as well as hog roasts and spit-roasted meat, we can whip up a barbecue of burgers, ribs and sausages, provide a homemade vegetarian quiche or cook a fish dish – whatever you need! You may even want additional food served, such as welcome canapés, hot or cold sides, starters or desserts and we really do offer something for everyone.

Our Hog Roast Moseley chef and catering assistants recently catered a private party for Rory, who had found us online. After scouring our menus, he was keen to try our loaded fries menu, which we recently introduced. You choose either beef brisket (barbecued to perfection) or pulled pork (slow-roasted to sublimity) to smother freshly cooked French fries along with cheese that’s melted, jalapenos and your choice of slaw (either a zesty or spicy one) – no one can get enough of them!

On the day of Rory’s party, his forty guests couldn’t get enough of them either and after roasting a hog that sizzled away for four hours, we prepared the zesty slaw, cheese and jalapenos, cooked the fries and then carved the meat and everyone devoured the loaded fries in record time.
